Is it true you can visit Park Guell for free?

The answer to this would be, sort of. Park Guell is split into two areas, an inner and outer circle. The inner circle is where all of Gaudi’s designs are, and that you must pay for, but you can walk around the outer circle, which is still a beautiful garden with stunning views of the city, free of charge.
