What is the best time of year to visit Barcelona?

Barcelona offers something slightly different all year round. Most people visit in June-August, but we personally recommend coming in September. The sea and air are still warm, there is a fun atmosphere but it’s not overly crowded and there is the world famous festival of Merce.
