Join a 3-hour culinary journey in Barcelona with a professional chef. Start with a visit to Mercat de Sant Josep de la Boqueria, the city’s oldest market, dating back to the 13th century. This famous market is known for its fresh produce, especially seafood, a key element in Spanish and Catalan cuisine.

The chef will guide you through the market, highlighting ingredients needed to prepare an authentic paella de marisco, Spain’s traditional seafood rice dish. After gathering fresh ingredients, you’ll walk through the historic streets of La Ciutat Vella to the trendy El Born district.

Once there, you’ll enter a private dining room next to a large open kitchen where the chef will cook the paella while you watch.
